Message	side (bank) of the fuel rail/injectors. Are you sure each of the injectors on the side that isn't firing has +12v present (on the harness connectors)? -- this would be one common issue that could prevent fuel from getting to those cylinders. Easy to check with a digital voltmeter and key doesn't need to be ON unless you've mod'd your car to turn off the injector +12v supply when car is off. All 3 injector connectors need to show +12v on one of the pins. I know you stated the injectors were clicking -- sometimes other engine sounds can mislead you. A injector wiring harness connection that went bad over time could cause this issue...
